Personal Data Processing Policy

This Policy sets out how the personal data of website users is processed and protected by the operator ASAP TRADING [legal entity / sole proprietor name] (TIN (INN) [...], OGRN/OGRNIP [...], address [...]) (the “Operator”) and has been prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006.

By submitting a form on the website, the user consents to the processing of their personal data under the terms of this Policy.

Through the forms on the website (a commercial proposal request, a shipping calculation, a business tour request), the Operator receives data that the user provides: name, phone number or messenger contact (WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX), company name and tax ID (INN), e-mail address, information about the cargo and supply (product, route, weight and volume, supply frequency).

Together with the request, the address of the page it was sent from, the UTM tags of the advertising link and the Yandex Metrica visitor ID (ClientID) are transmitted automatically.

When the website is visited, technical data is processed automatically: IP address, browser and device information (User-Agent), cookie and localStorage data (including a random visitor and session identifier for the visit counter). The IP address and User-Agent are also used to protect forms from spam and automated submissions.

Data is processed to contact the user about their request, prepare a commercial proposal and cost calculation, conclude and perform a contract, protect the website and forms from spam, and analyze website traffic and advertising effectiveness.

Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject’s consent (Articles 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), given when submitting a form.

To receive and process requests, the Operator uses hosting and communication services; they receive only the data needed to deliver a request to the Operator.

Website visit data is processed by YANDEX LLC as part of the Yandex Metrica service.

Data is provided to government authorities where required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

The website uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service. Using cookies, it collects information about visits: pages viewed, traffic source, actions on the website, including recordings of page interactions (Webvisor), device and browser type. This information is used to analyze the performance of the website and advertising.

Users can block cookies in their browser settings; some website features may then not work correctly.

Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require and is deleted once they are achieved or when the data subject withdraws consent, unless otherwise provided by law.

The user has the right to obtain information about the processing of their data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent by sending a request to [e-mail for requests].

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration and other unlawful actions.
